『Shiro SAGISU Music from "SHIN EVANGELION"』（シロウ サギス ミュージック フロム "シン・エヴァンゲリオン"）は、鷺巣詩郎によるアニメサウンドトラック。アニメ映画『シン・エヴァンゲリオン劇場版𝄇』に使用されたBGMがフルサイズで収録されている[2]。2021年3月17日にKING AMUSEMENT CREATIVEから発売された。
- 3枚組構成になっており[2]、1枚目と2枚目は劇中で使用されたBGMをフルサイズで収録している[2]。3枚目は、1枚目と2枚目に収録されているBGMの別バージョンが収録されている。
- 一部のBGMが未収録となっている。また、主題歌である「One Last Kiss」と「Beautiful World (Da Capo Version)」も未収録である[3]。
- 初回プレス分は外箱が付属されており[4]、一部の店舗では購入特典としてステッカーが配布された[5]。
- 鷺巣による書き下ろしライナーノーツが封入されている[6]。
